I am YouTube’s favourite trainer with almost 3 decades of experience supporting women over 40.

I have a no BS approach to living a healthy life and I believe that moderation is the key to health and happiness.

As for your journey, I don't care if you have stopped and started exercise for most (or all) of your life. I also don't care where you were last year, the week before or even yesterday. What I do care about is where you are right NOW and where you WANT to go.

Better fitness, better health, better eating is a journey and every step forward is a step towards the final destination.

This not about having the perfect body. It's about loving the one that you are in RIGHT now. It's about an attitude shift to appreciate what you have.

But... don't get me wrong. You will still feel the burn with my workouts and tips, but you will also feel the love.
