As a licensed Physical Therapist, it is of highest importance to me that these exercises are safe, easy to follow, and appropriate! I have a HUGE love for teaching seniors and beginners! It is for all levels, sizes, and ages. I am known for being real, personable, encouraging, and energetic - you will feel comfortable doing these videos! I add videos regularly so you can do them in the comfort of your own home, on your own time, and at your own pace.
