Sometimes, my brain decides that 3 a.m. is the perfect time to review every distortion of my existence. I call it “looping fire mode.” Maybe you know this feeling too. Maybe you also dislike the daytime, the brightness, and feel out of place like I do.

I study psychology, neuroscience, and the bingo of mental illnesses our anxious generation collects, and I turn all of it into dark videos (literally) so you can feel a little less bizarre while the world sleeps.

These videos are my nighttime lab: a place to confess thoughts that don’t fit in a feed, and just learn micro-victories to realize you’re not a walking failure — you’re simply running in chaotic overdrive.

If any video makes you think “this feels like my life,” breathe. It means you’ve found a refuge and a bit of fresh air for your tired cortex before everything “shuts down.”
