The A/V archives does NOT create HD or up'scaled videos as that would alter the integrity of the records as they were produced. Staff add a 10 second title card to every clip, which includes sub-events. No material is removed from the original footage sans slate & tone and material withheld through FOIA. Otherwise, all recordings are presented as they were produced.
