I've worked in software development for over 25 years, and spent a good deal of that time helping others to learn skills like Test Driven Development and Safe Refactoring. Samman Technical Coaching is my best idea about how to spread those practices effectively. I named my method "Samman", a Swedish word that means "Together", because I find you get the best results when you bring your whole development team together to learn and practice.
