Hi I’m Jessica, but my friends call me Jess. :)
I’m a coach, storyteller, and mom of three blonde babies, married to my skateboarding husband for 16 years. I help people feel more clear, confident, and connected in motherhood and in life.

This channel is a safe place for the real stuff- motherhood, identity, shame, sex, relationships, emotional health, marriage, leadership, and the things you’re afraid to say out loud. My goal is to help you breathe again and come home to yourself, even in overwhelming seasons.

For over a decade I’ve coached women and parents, and this year I began coaching inside companies, supporting professionals across industries who carry a lot on their shoulders.
