I teach the four pillars of the Authentic Self Cycle: Truth, Responsibility, Healing and Forgiveness through the process of Emotional Authenticity. If you are familiar with Emotional Intelligence, their process is like building the border of a puzzle. Simple, easy but it does not give you the full emotional skillset picture we need. Emotional Authenticity provides you the process to put the pieces together for the rest of the puzzle.
