Khan's Den

This is the official channel of Khan's Den. I have dedicated it to telling the fascinating stories of the early Turkic peoples.

My first project was the Rise of the Gokturks, the first official Turkic Empire in history. The expansion of their realm from Korea to Crimea and the subsequent migration of Turkic peoples is the most important factor for the establishment of later Turkish empires like that of the Seljuks and Ottomans. I have further covered topics such as the Anatolian Beyliks, the origins of the Ottoman Dynasty as well as Tengrism, the original religion of the Turks.

The goal of this project is to tackle obsolete narratives about Turkic history and re-evaluate the importance of the early Turkic empires and their culture on a global scale.
