Welcome! My name is Kristen Graham, most people know me as KG, or KGraham because of my IG name (KGrahamSFB). My channel is mostly fitness related. I share my workouts and all the banter that comes along with training with me and my friends. Some of the things that come out of our mouths are hysterical and we do not hold back because the camera is on! I also share diet tricks, full day of eating, supplement advice, fat loss advice, gym workouts, traveling, my personal life, building my business (kristengraham.net), investing in real estate, my husband Chris, my dogs Josh and Shadow, our 100+ snakes and so much more. I believe in balance (hence the snakes) and my clients appreciate that when working with me.
