I'm Elise, an Aussie OG YouTube Baker from wayyy back. I live by the motto that Life is Sweet... but, it could always be little bit sweeter. I used to upload here every week, but now its just once a month, with weekly vids on Facebook and daily reels on Insta. Wherever you find me, hopefully you'll find loads of videos & top tips to make you the master of your kitchen without ever having to set foot in a fancy pastry school
