My name is Ruben and I am a young ASMR content creator!

In my earlier years, I've struggled with mental health issues and it heavily affected my sleep.
But one day I stumbled upon ASMR, which drastically improved my sleep quality, and to
be honest, may have been the reason how I've been able to be here creating videos!

Ever since, my goal has been to help others get a good nights rest like how
it has helped me, and to those reading, hopefully you find my videos relaxing 🙂

I upload daily at 5PM Central Daylight Time if the specific time is important to you.
