Hello Little Lemons. My name is Thamar and I've been struggling with an eating disorder for as long as I can remember. I struggle with binge eating as well as restricting behaviors. This channel is meant as an outlet. I'm a very open person, but I don't have a lot of people to talk to in real life. Also, my videos work therapeutic for me. Although I also receive professional help, my video' sometimes give me new insights in my behavior. I lost quite some weight already, and I am trying to lose more. However, I try to not focus on losing weight too much, but on living a healthy and happy life. Join me on this bumpy road to recovery :)
